Why Groups?
Working on problems with other people who share the same challenges can be a powerful experience. It helps us realize that we are not alone. In community we learn to accept ourselves more deeply, and our wisdom and experience becomes a healing for others.
Available Groups:
Women’s Fertility Support Circle
A group for women who want to become mothers but are finding that getting pregnant is taking longer than expected. This journey towards conception is often filled with highs and lows, becoming like an emotional rollercoaster, impacting health and relationships. This group is a space to be with other women sharing this struggle and a safe place to explore and move through frustration, grief and other difficult feelings.
In this group we will utilize a circle of deep listening and sharing. We will also use creative play to explore shared themes and move beyond the intellectual mind to access the inner wisdom that restores us to balance.
Each circle meets for 6 sessions (2x’s a month). A new cycle will begin after three months, and women that want to re-enroll can do so.
**If you are part of an online group, or have friends who are also dealing with infertility, I offer daylong retreats for groups. This creates an opportunity to dive deep and experience some real R&R. Please call for details.

Mind Over Mood Study Group
This group is for people who struggle with mood states that are negatively impacting their lives. In this group you will learn CBT philosophy and techniques to help you understand and change your mood. The model of CBT was created by Aron Beck in the 1960′s when he realized that people were not overcoming depression by just talking about it. He spent years developing a system that helps people help themselves. We will begin to follow the exercises laid out in a popular book written by CBT therapist Christine Padesky. Mindfulness practice will be incorporated into our meeting time as a complement to our CBT practice.
